Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use aimerger.in, hire us for a service, use one of our free tools or buy from the Aimerger Shop.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Aimerger, an AI automation and creative studio based in India ("Aimerger", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or business using the website or our services. By using the website, placing an order or paying us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What we offer

  • Services: AI agents and automations, WhatsApp, website and Instagram chatbots, voice assistants, websites and apps, video editing, live-stream setup, and thumbnail and brand design.
  • Products and free tools: software products such as FinLancer, and free tools such as the Aimerger video downloader.
  • Aimerger Shop: official Aimerger goodies such as T-shirts, mugs and stickers, printed on demand and delivered within India.

3. Eligibility and your details

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to give us true and complete information (name, phone, email, address) and to keep it up to date.

4. Prices, quotes and taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Shop prices on the website include all taxes; shipping is shown separately before you order.
  • Prices for services are given in a written proposal or quote (on WhatsApp, email or PDF). The prices shown on the website and by our AI assistant are starting prices. The proposal sets the final scope, price, timeline and payment schedule.
  • We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order or proposal you have already paid for.
  • If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Payments

  • You can pay by UPI, bank transfer or through our payment gateway partner (which may accept cards, UPI, net banking and wallets).
  • Online payments are processed securely by a licensed third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. The gateway's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.
  • If money is debited but the payment fails, the bank or gateway usually returns it to you automatically within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, contact us with the transaction ID and we will help.
  • For services, we usually ask for an advance (often 50% of the setup fee) before we start, and the balance before go-live or handover. Monthly plans are paid in advance each month.

6. Services: how we work together

  • Scope: we deliver what the accepted proposal describes. New features or changes outside it are quoted separately.
  • Timelines are estimates. They depend on you sharing content, access and approvals on time; delays on your side move the timeline.
  • Revisions: the number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal.
  • Monthly plans (for example hosting, chatbot running costs, support) renew every month until you cancel. Third-party charges such as WhatsApp Business (Meta) conversation fees, AI usage, domains, hosting and SMS are either included in the plan or billed at actual cost, as stated in the proposal.
  • Your responsibilities: you must have the right to any content, logos, data and phone numbers you give us, and you are responsible for following the rules that apply to your business, including WhatsApp Business policies, customer consent for messages and the TRAI/DND rules.
  • AI output: AI systems can make mistakes. Please review what an AI assistant says or does in your business before relying on it. Nothing we build gives legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

7. Ownership of work

  • After full payment, you own the final deliverables made specially for you (designs, videos, content, and the website or bot configured for your business).
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates, prompts and know-how that existed before or are used across projects. You get a licence to use them as part of your deliverable.
  • Unless you ask us not to in writing (or we sign an NDA), we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

8. Free tools

Our free tools (such as the video downloader) are provided "as is", without any warranty.

  • Use them only for content you own or have permission to save, and follow the rules of the platform you download from. You are fully responsible for how you use any file.
  • To prevent abuse, we record the link you submit, your IP address, approximate country, browser type and the time (see the Privacy Policy). We do not keep copies of the videos.
  • We may limit, block or stop a tool at any time.

9. Aimerger Shop

  • Product photos are for illustration. Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and sizes can vary a little (about ±1 inch).
  • An order is accepted only when we confirm it and receive the payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or the PIN code is not serviceable) and will refund you in full if you have paid.
  • Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law;
  • upload harmful code;
  • try to hack, overload or scrape the website;
  • send spam or fake orders;
  • impersonate anyone;
  • post fake reviews;
  • use our tools to break copyright or another platform's terms.

We may block access to anyone who misuses the website.

11. Third-party services and links

We work with services such as hosting, payment gateways, WhatsApp (Meta), AI model providers, print-on-demand partners and courier partners. Their terms also apply when you use them through us. We are not responsible for websites we link to.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or business;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order or service in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services or tools. This includes losses from content, data or phone numbers you gave us without the right to do so.

14. Ending the service

  • You may stop using a service as explained in the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may suspend or end a service if payment is overdue by more than 15 days or if these terms are seriously breached.
  • On ending a service, we will hand over what you have paid for.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through friendly discussion within 30 days. If that fails, the courts at New Delhi, India, will have jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders and proposals already accepted follow the terms that applied when they were accepted.
