Ordering, delivery and returns

How do I order?

Pick an item, choose the size or colour, and tap "Buy now". You pay by UPI or by scanning our Paytm QR at checkout, then upload a screenshot of the payment so we can confirm it. You get an order code (like AM-1A2B3C) to quote if you have any question about your order.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 5–8 days after payment, anywhere in India. Goodies are printed on demand, so the expected delivery date is shown on each item's page.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is ₹79 per order, and free on orders above ₹999.

Can I return an item?

Aimerger-branded goodies (with our logo) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and undamaged, in the original packaging with tags. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded free. Read the full Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until your order is sent for printing, which usually happens within 24 hours of payment. Message us on WhatsApp with your order code. After printing or shipping it cannot be cancelled, but the return rules still apply. If we ever have to cancel (for example an item is unavailable or your PIN code cannot be served), you get a full refund.

Do you take bulk or custom orders?

Yes. For team T-shirts, event goodies or gifts with your own logo, message us on WhatsApp with the item, quantity and date, and we will send you a quote.
