Where we deliver

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India, through trusted courier partners. We don't ship outside India yet.

Delivery time

  • Goodies are printed on demand. They are made and packed within 2–4 working days after we confirm your order and receive payment.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–8 days in total.
  • Some items have their own delivery time. Each product page shows the estimated delivery date for that item.
  • Remote areas, festivals, bad weather or courier delays can add a few days. If your order will be late, we'll tell you on WhatsApp.

Shipping charges

Shipping is ₹79 per order, free on orders above ₹999. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you order.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you the courier name and tracking link on WhatsApp.

Address and delivery attempts

  • Please give a complete address, PIN code and a phone number that is reachable.
  • The courier usually tries delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because no one was available, we can ship it again. You pay the extra shipping charge, or we refund the order value minus the shipping costs.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel looks opened or damaged, please refuse it or take photos. Then tell us within 48 hours (see the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy).

Services and digital work

Our services involve no physical shipping. We deliver work online:

  • by email, WhatsApp or a shared drive link;
  • by deploying it to your website, server, WhatsApp number or accounts.

Timelines are set in your proposal. Small jobs usually take 2–7 working days, and larger projects 2–6 weeks. Access to software products is usually given within 24 hours of payment.
